It&#39;s known as a favorite Waterdown Hamilton family restaurant specializing in breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts with a fully licensed lounge. Suggested by a friend from the Milton area, we would agree. The atmosphere of Symposium restaurant in Waterdown was so inviting and nice with super nice staff. It&#39;s cozy and actually beautiful with relaxing vibe and special Renaissance paintings on the walls. The menu had so many choices and breakfast brunch selection available until 4 pm. The staff were very good at suggesting accommodations for my partner&#39;s dietary needs. The eggs benedict and Cuban sandwich were yummy. Lots of side options like salads - but we went with comfort food this time with delicious sweet potato fries.
